• Due to the characteristics of genuine leather, slight scratches, wrinkles, natural grain, pores, colour variations, and scars may be present. These are natural characteristics of the material and are not considered defects.
• Minor traces from the manufacturing process, such as light marks, untrimmed threads, subtle finishing variations, or mold impressions, are part of the production process and do not indicate product defects.
• When not in use, fill the bag with cushioning material, store it in the provided dust bag, and keep it in a cool, well-ventilated place.
• Avoid direct or prolonged contact with water, moisture, alcohol, oils, cosmetics, or other chemicals, as they may cause discolouration or deformation.
  
• Light-coloured leather may experience colour transfer when in contact with dark clothing, especially denim. Damage caused by colour transfer is not covered under repair services.
• Natural creases that develop through regular use are a normal characteristic of genuine leather and are not considered defects.

• As leather types and finishing methods vary by style, we recommend using a professional leather care service for cleaning and maintenance.
• Damage caused by improper cleaning methods is not covered under warranty. Even with paid repair services, restoration may not always be possible if the damage is severe.
• If the bag becomes wet, gently pat it dry with a soft, clean cloth and allow it to air dry naturally. Exposure to external elements may still result in colour change or natural aging of the leather.
